1. Gulf Coast Jam

June 1-4, Panama City Beach

Is your Spotify playlist brimming with country and southern rock? Then Gulf Coast Jam is the festival for you! One of the most enjoyable annual events in Panama City Beach, Florida, Gulf Coast Jam brings your favorite musicians to your favorite location – the beach! (That is your favorite place, right??)

This year’s four-day festival will host 32 artists, including Miranda Lambert, Morgan Wallen, Hardy, and Kane Brown! Enjoy the sugar-soft sand while you bask in the soulful serenade of sensational singers from sunrise to sunset.

2. Dessert Wars

June 3, Palm Beach

The sweetest of all Florida events in June, Dessert Wars is also the largest dessert festival in America!

Rotating locations throughout the year, we’re ecstatic as an eclair that this festival is glazing us – I mean, gracing us – with its presence this summer! Over 50 local dessert vendors will be competing for the coveted title of Dessert Wars Champion – and you get to be a taste tester! 3. Dirtybird CampINN

June 8-11, Orlando

Dirtybird CampINN is a four-day hotel takeover! This year, the Birdys are taking over the Wyndham Orlando Resort for a rowdy festival that celebrates all sorts of music, from hip-hop to techno. With quirky vibes and wacky fun, Dirtybird CampINN is all about making music and spreading a message of kindness. What makes it truly stand out from other festivals is that you never have to leave the resort property to be part of the party!

In addition to music, there are also games, pool parties, and lots of dancing! There’s also a super fun competition for Best Team Color Overall at the end of the festivities – join the Gator Gang, Flamingo Fam, or Scuba Squad and help lead your team to victory!

4. Forbidden Kingdom Festival

June 10-11, Orlando

Combine fantasy with a music festival, and you get the Forbidden Kingdom Festival! One of the largest all-bass music festivals in the states, Forbidden Kingdom has quickly become a staple for Florida fun!

One of the most immersive festival experiences, Forbidden Kingdom centers around a story called The Forbidden Tale, whose fantasy elements, characters, and plot points pervade the musical performances. New to the community of Florida events and festivals is the Fisherman’s Village Blues Fest!

Fisherman’s Village is a resort in Southwest Florida that provides waterfront fun, dining, and relaxation. As of writing, further details are yet to come, but we are so excited to experience this latest musical sensation! Definitely keep an eye on the Fisherman’s Village website for more updates!

6. Elvis the Summer Festival

June 21-25, Inverness

A five-day, seven-show tribute to the king himself, Elvis the Summer Festival will feature 16 of the best Elvis tribute artists worldwide! One of the most nostalgic annual events in Florida, authentic-feeling performances will take you back to the heyday of 1950s rock ‘n’ roll. For fans of Elvis Presley (and who doesn’t like Elvis??), this festival is an absolute must! We recommend snagging tickets online sooner rather than later, as they can sell out rather quickly.

7. Panhandle Watermelon Festival

June 23-24, Chipley

“Watermelon Sugar” by Harry Styles could be the theme song for the Panhandle Watermelon Festival! While Harry Styles isn’t actually going to be there, there will be a country music concert and lots of watermelon!

One of the best FREE annual events in Florida, the Watermelon Festival is celebrating its 66th year of fun. In addition to country music and a giant watermelon auction, you can also expect a delicious pancake breakfast, activities for the kiddos, a watermelon parade, gospel music, and even a car show! This family-friendly festival is just so wholesome and fun!

8. Summer Fruit Festival

June 25, Homestead

While Florida is known for its abundant orange groves (and Orange Bird!), the Summer Fruit Festival celebrates all sorts of fresh tropical produce! Come hungry and leave happy because this party is all about tasting the local flavors of summer – namely fruit and honey. Yum!

In addition to tastings (which you can sign up for), there will also be crafts, workshops, music, and lawn games for the kiddos to enjoy.

9. Mango Fest Key West

June 22-25, Key West

Forget all of the other fruits. There is just one fruit to rule them all…at least according to Mango Fest Key West!

Here in Key West, the mango reigns supreme and is the center of this sweet celebration! You’ll get to try favorite local mango recipes, admire and bid on mango artwork, find out who won the mango photo contest, and stroll around Mango Village (a group of vendors selling anything and everything related to mangoes). Embrace your sweet side and dive into the mango mania!

10. Key Lime Festival

June 30 – July 4, Key West

Another Key West soiree, this is one of those Florida events and festivals that truly encapsulates a unique aspect of our state: key lime pie. (Okay, there’s some debate on Florida’s claim to the pie…but it’s called key lime, which can only refer to Key West. I rest my case, your honor.)

The Key Lime Festival is a five-day culinary extravaganza where you can learn how to make your own key lime pie, sip on key lime cocktails, and witness people dropping key limes pies from the top of a lighthouse (without damaging the pies…hopefully). There are so many fun – and tasty! – key lime-related activities; you definitely don’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind festival!
