Garden Grill at EPCOT: Where Delicious Food and Disney Magic Meet!

We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again: EPCOT is ridiculously underrated. While it might not have Cinderella’s Castle or the Millennium Falcon, it has a one-of-a-kind icon that shouldn’t be missed: The Garden Grill!

Oh, Spaceship Earth is cool, too.

However, Garden Grill might just be the premiere attraction for this Disney park; a combination of natural wonder and industrial ingenuity, this spinning restaurant embodies what EPCOT stands for: Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.

With amazing fresh food, character meet-and-greets, and stunning views, Garden Grill is the gold standard of Disney dining.

Garden Grill: Homegrown Goodness!

Located in EPCOT’s Land Pavilion (part of World Nature), Garden Grill is all about fresh flavor and sustainable living.

This fun restaurant is connected to Living with the Land, a relaxing and inspiring attraction that takes guests on an agricultural boating tour. You’ll learn how to be a green thumb in no time as you sail through Disney’s lush gardens, ripe with beautiful scenery and all sorts of delicious veggies. (This is actually one of our all-time favorite attractions!)

What’s really fun is that you’ll encounter the same veggies on your plate at the Garden Grill. Now that’s the kind of farm-to-table freshness we love to see – and eat!

Indeed, Garden Grill isn’t your typical theme park fare like pretzels and churros (although we do love a good Mickey pretzel!) – this grub will actually leave you feeling full and satisfied throughout your day at the park. That’s partially in thanks to the no-nonsense, real ingredients – but it’s also because Garden Grill is an “all you care to enjoy” family-style establishment. Don’t feel shy about requesting extra helpings of any item any time!

As you munch on your leafy greens, mashed potatoes, and mouthwatering BBQ, look down below to indulge in Living with the Land’s rotating scenery. From arid desert to tropical rainforest, you’ll travel across a world of landscapes without ever leaving your table! (Note: Although Garden Grill spins, the restaurant’s rotation is very slow and shouldn’t cause any motion sickness!)

A Harvest Feast Fit for the Whole Family!

With breakfast returning to the table June 14, 2023, Garden Grill is serving up three square meals a day! The Chip ‘n’ Dale Harvest Feast Menu is full of yummy dishes that will appeal to guests of all ages. While there is not a specific kids’ menu, many courses definitely appeal to those younger palates, and you’re free to ask for extra helpings of whatever you like the best. With most dishes also having allergy-friendly versions upon request, this dining experience is truly one that everybody can savor.

Breakfast

Everybody knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day! That’s why this upcoming feast will include all the fixings, from seasonal fruit to scrambled eggs! The smoked bacon, grilled flank steak, and cheesy potato casserole will certainly leave you feeling satisfied, but make sure to save room for something sweet!

A cinnamon breakfast loaf and Mickey-shaped waffles drizzled in delicious syrup are also on the table! (And everyone knows Mickey-shaped food always tastes better.) Hot tea, freshly brewed Joffrey’s coffee, and a specialty character drink – lemonade with cotton candy flavoring in a souvenir cup – are some of the breakfast beverages on the menu.

Harvest Feast pricing is $42 per adult and $27 per child. This is a great way to kick off your morning in EPCOT; it’s so much fun and will keep you and the kiddos fueled during a long day of adventuring!

Lunch & Dinner

Popping into the Garden Grill for lunch makes for a great mid-day break, especially if you’re escaping the summer heat! With cold drinks and refreshing salads, it’s the perfect pick-me-up for your day at the park.

Cool off with a citrus freeze or frozen lemonade, then tuck into a heaping helping of mashed potatoes, garden salad, and seasonal veggies. (Other sides include macaroni & cheese and Southern-style spoon bread. Yum! I’ll definitely have seconds of the mac & cheese, please.) Barbeque-roasted chicken and grilled beef with chimichurri are the stars of the Garden Grill restaurant menu. Both entrees are cooked to tender juicy perfection and are wonderfully seasoned.

Adults at the table can choose to complement their meal with wine or draft beer from a small collection of different flavors.

As usual, this dining experience comes with a Disney dessert that’s to die for: berry shortcake topped with whipped cream! Trust us. You’ll be craving this one long after you’ve gone home.

Lunch and Dinner Harvest Feast pricing is a tad more expensive than breakfast at $55 per adult and $36 per child. That being said, when it comes to Disney dining, Garden Grill is one of the best values. The food is quality, portions are generous (and all you care to enjoy), the atmosphere is fun and unique, and – as we’ll discuss in a minute – you also get to meet characters. That’s a lot of bang for your buck!

Reservations

In order to dine at Garden Grill (or any table-service restaurant in the Disney parks), you will need to have a reservation. We recommend making your reservation as soon as you have your park tickets and visit day confirmed. However, the competition to snag a seat here isn’t as crazy as other Disney dining experiences, so sometimes it is possible to grab a last-minute Garden Grill reservation.

You can link your reservation to the My Disney Experience app for an easy breezy check-in process!

Magical Meet & Greets

As you may have guessed from the “Chip ‘n’ Dale Harvest Feast” menu moniker, Chip ‘n’ Dale are resident Garden Grill characters! These sweet-cheeked chipmunks will parade past your table during your meal for fun interactions and signing autograph cards.

Adorable Chip ‘n’ Dale are also joined by Farmer Mickey and his loyal canine companion, Pluto. Garden Grill is one of the few locations in EPCOT that explicitly features Mickey, and he looks so cute in his plaid shirt and overalls!

Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale are all present at lunch and dinner, and we anticipate all of these characters to be present for breakfast as well! Photos with these friends make for excellent souvenirs and are perfect for your vacation scrapbook. We appreciate how Garden Grill is more than just grub, it’s a memory and a meal!

Garden Grill at EPCOT, like Living with the Land, might not be the flashiest, but it’s a truly wonderful experience. Don’t let the gentle gardening theme lull you into thinking it’s boring – it’s anything but! As the restaurant turns through different scenery, you’ll get to enjoy some of the tastiest bites and cutest characters in EPCOT!

Garden Grill is one our favorite table-service locations, and we hope you’ll love it, too.
