Ingredients

- 3 cup Cream Soda
- 4 tbsp Butterscotch Syrup
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Using a whisk, mix together the cream soda and 2 tbsp butterscotch syrup in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer with whisk attachments to beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold 2 tbsp butterscoth syrup into the whipped cream. (Don't overmix!)
- Divide the cream soda mixture into 2 8-ounce glasses.
- Dollop the cream soda mixture generously with the whipped cream mixture.
- Enjoy!
