  • 3 cup Cream Soda
  • 4 tbsp Butterscotch Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Using a whisk, mix together the cream soda and 2 tbsp butterscotch syrup in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer with whisk attachments to beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold 2 tbsp butterscoth syrup into the whipped cream. (Don't overmix!)
  4. Divide the cream soda mixture into 2 8-ounce glasses.
  5. Dollop the cream soda mixture generously with the whipped cream mixture.
  6. Enjoy!
