Using Pat O’Brien’s original recipe as inspiration, this fruity copy-cat recipe will knock your socks off and delight you and your guests. 

You will want to serve this punch in fun cocktail glasses and share photos of your creation with all your friends and family on social media.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 33.4ounce boxes of passion fruit juice (about 8 cups)
  • 1 45ounce can of pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups dark rum
  • 3 cups light rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • Orange wedges, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, light rum, orange juice, dark rum, grenadine and almond extract together in a 2-gallon container.
  2. Chill (at least 2 or more hours) until ready to serve.
    Note: I like to make this the night before and let it chill until the time of the party.
  3. Pour the punch into a large punch bowl for serving.
  4. Serve punch in glasses filled with ice.
  5. Garnish each drink with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry.
