A Fort Myers Original
Norman and Mary Love founded Norman Love Confections in Fort Myers, Florida back in 2001. This came after Norman’s successful 13-year-long stint as the executive pastry chef at the Ritz-Carlton. Their original plan was to sell chocolates wholesale to friends and connections Norman had made in the restaurant industry. But they quickly realized there was enormous consumer demand for the ultra-premium chocolates only Norman Love Confections could provide. That’s when they opened their flagship chocolate salon right in Fort Myers.
Twenty years later, Norman Love Confections has continued to grow, opening five additional chocolate salons and an artisanal gelato shop next to the original retail location (which you won’t want to miss!). Today, it’s rated as 1 of the top 10 dessert sports in Fort Myers.

Go ahead and take your time browsing the display case. There’s plenty to see and appreciate – before you even try the treats.
After making your selection, we suggest enjoying your treats inside the salon to prolong your experience. The shop has a seating area where you can sit, enjoy your treat, chat with friends, share bites (a must), take pictures for Instagram, and simply enjoy.
